By downloading, accessing, or using Nutrigram, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

About Nutrigram

Nutrigram is an AI calorie tracker and food macro counter. The app helps users scan meals, estimate calories and macros, track food history, receive meal insights, and manage nutrition-related goals.

Nutrition and AI Estimates

Nutrigram uses AI and other app logic to provide calorie, macro, meal plan, and health coach estimates. These results are for general informational and wellness purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Your Responsibilities

• Use the app lawfully and only for personal wellness and nutrition tracking.
• Do not upload content that violates another person's privacy or rights.
• Do not rely on Nutrigram for emergency, clinical, or medical decisions.
• Keep your account login information secure.

Accounts and Sign-In

Some features may require sign-in with email, Google, Apple, or another supported provider. You are responsible for the activity connected to your account. You may request account and cloud data deletion using our data deletion page.

Photos and User Content

You remain responsible for the food photos, meal details, messages, and other content you submit. You grant Nutrigram permission to process that content only as needed to provide app features, including AI analysis, cloud backup, support, and app reliability.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data Nutrigram collects, how it is used, and when third-party services such as Groq, Firebase, authentication providers, ads, or payment providers may process information.

Free and Paid Features

Nutrigram may offer free access, trial access, advertisements, rewards, subscriptions, or other paid features depending on app configuration and store availability. If paid features are offered, purchases are subject to the terms of the relevant app store or payment provider.

Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, remove, or change app features at any time. We may also update these terms when the app, service providers, legal requirements, or business needs change.

Disclaimer

Nutrigram is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that nutrition estimates are perfectly accurate, that the app will be uninterrupted, or that every issue will be corrected immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nutrigram and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app or reliance on app results.
